You will need to furnish a current census of eligible employees and 18 to 24 months of claims information.

How long will it take to receive the proposal?
Answer:
Once we have received complete rating and underwriting data, you should expect to receive the proposal within 2 to 3 weeks.
Question:
Will my group be guaranteed acceptance of coverage?
Answer:
Each group is reviewed individually for acceptance and could be denied coverage, if it does not meet the insurance company’s underwriting guidelines.

What will it cost me?
Answer:
After meeting the current insurance company’s underwriting guidelines an actuarial study will be done at the school district’s expense. The cost is determined by the number of employees the district has.
