Ingredients:
4 Valencia or navel oranges, peeled, seeded, and sliced thin
1 cup grated fresh coconut
1 tablespoon brandy, optional
Instructions:
Arrange the orange slices and the grated coconut in alternate layers in a glass bowl. Sprinkle the brandy over the fruit, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours to develop flavor.
