Waldorf Salad

Carbohydrates: 18 g

Ingredients

3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced

½ cup sliced celery

¼ cup raisins

½ cup low-calorie mayonnaise substitute

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Combine apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl.

Combine low-calorie mayonnaise substitute and lemon juice, stirring well to blend. Add to fruit mixture, and toss lightly to coat well.

Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
