Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Per Serving

Exchanges: 1 starch, 1 fruit, 1 fat

Protein: 3 g

Fat: 6 g

Carbohydrates: 27 g

Ingredients

3 cups fresh blueberries

Vegetable cooking spray

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 egg, beaten

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons powdered sugar substitute

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted

Instructions

Place blueberries in bottom of a 10-x6-x2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine egg, flour, and sugar substitute; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over blueberries

Drizzle melted margarine over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
