Baked Halibut

Per Serving

Ingredients

8 (4-ounce) halibut steaks

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

½ teaspoon dried whole oregano

¼ teaspoon pepper

½ cup water

½ teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules

2 green onions, chopped

Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pay dry with paper towels, and place in a shallow baking dish. Brush steaks evenly with mustard.

Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, and pepper. Pour over steaks, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Combine water and bouillon granules in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bouillon granules dissolve; pour around steaks in dish. Top steaks with green onions and cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
