Chocolate Peanut Butter Drops

Per Serving: Protein: 2.8 g   Fat: 5.3g   Carb: 2g

Ingredients:

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate

1/3 cup chunky peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter

1/3 cup whole-milk ricotta

12 packets equal

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

Melt the first 3 ingredients in a bowl in the microwave. Stir well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients, stir again and drop by tablespoon on waxed paper - you should have 12 drops. Chill until firm - at least 1 hour - and keep in the refrigerator.
