Sugarless Oatmeal Cookies

Exchanges: 1/2 Starch   Protein: 1g   Fat 1 g   Carb: 8g

Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed

2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats

1/2 cup raisins

1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted

1/4 skim milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients, beating well. Let stand 5 minutes so that oats will absorb moisture.

2. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheets; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
