Fruit and Rum Yogurt

Exchanges: 1 Milk   Protein: 6g   Fat: 1g   Carb: 10g

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt

1/2 cup evaporated skim milk

2 teaspoons rum extract

1/3 cup canned, water-packed fruit cocktail, drained

Instructions:

1. Combine yogurt, evaporated skim milk, and rum extract in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in fruit cocktail.

2. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Stir gently before serving in individual dessert dishes.
