Strawberry Mousse

Exchanges: 1/2 Skim Milk Protein: 4g Fat: Tr Carb: 7g
Ingredients:
1 (0.3-ounce) package sugar-free, strawberry-flavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
6 ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Combine gelatin and water in small saucepan, stirring well; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat 1 minute or until gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly.
2. Combine gelatin mixture, strawberries, and milk powder in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Uncover and add ice cubes, one at a time, processing until blended.
3. Spoon mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
