Atkins Friendly or Low Fat

This is Atkins Friendly plus you can use Low Fat Cream
Cheese and Sour Cream to make it Lower in Fat.
8oz cream cheese (can use Low Fat)
2 cups sour cream (can use Low Fat)
1 pkg. ranch dressing (dry)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Soften Cream Cheese. Mix together the first two ingredients until
well blended. Add the ranch dressing until well blended.
Add the Cheddar Cheese until well blended. Add last
ingredient and mix well. Refrigerate until use. This is
better the longer it sets before serving.
Use whatever crackers or vegetables
