Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

1 Pkg. of fresh strawberries (substitute any fruit of your choice.)

1 pkg. of Baker’s chocolates (substitute chocolate chips with a small brick of almond bark)

1 small brick of almond bark (optional)

Instructions

Melt chocolate in microwave for one minute. Stir. Melt for 15-second intervals. Stir and repeat. Meanwhile, cutoff the tops of strawberries and wash them. PAT DRY before dipping. Once chocolate is completely melted and hot, dip strawberries into the chocolate. You can use a fork to twist the strawberries into the chocolate. Place on wax paper and place in fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Optional: Melt almond bark. Once the chocolate is hard, drizzle or dip the hot almond bark and add your own design.
