Banana Pancakes

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup whole-wheat pancake mix

1 egg

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 banana, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Prepare bater according to package directions, adding in the egg. Put batter on hot griddle, and place banana slices on each pancake. Flip pancakes when edges are cooked. Add a dab of peanut butter on each one before serving.
