Fake French Fries

Fat: Less than 1 gram
Ingredients
3 large unpeeled potatoes, scrubbed and patted dry
1 tablespoon canola oil
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes into sticks about the size of French fries. Put them in a bowl with the oil and salt. Toss them well. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes.
