Cheesy Oat-Baked Chicken

Ingredients

2 cups quick-cooking oats

¼ cup fat-free parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon pepper

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 egg whites or egg substitutes

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine the oats, Parmesan, paprika, and pepper. Dip the chicken in the egg whites; coat with the oat mixture. Arrange the chicken spray bake uncovered until tender, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
