Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh or canned tomatoes
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped cilantro or parsley
1 jalapeno pepper, canned or fresh, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon crushed oregano
½ teaspoon adobo seasoning or garlic powder
2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
