Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound cranberries

Zest of 1 orange, grated

Stevia or Equal to taste

Instructions

Put the cranberries in a heave saucepan with ½ cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries pop and deflate into a sauce. Add the orange zest and the sweetener to taste. Cool to room temperature before serving.
