Meat-izza (Crustless Pizza)

Ingredients
¾ pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
½ cup chicken bouillon
½ tablespoon fennel seeds, crushed
¼ sugarless medium-hot salsa
3.4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 ½ teaspoons crumbled dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the beef, garlic, hazelnuts, chicken bouillon, and fennel seeds in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9-inch pie pan. Spread it evenly over the bottom and halfway up the side of the pan, and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour of any accumulated juices. Spread the salsa over the meat and top with the mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Preheat the broiler and broil the pizza for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned. Serve immediately.
