Walnut Coleslaw

Ingredients

½ cup chopped cabbage

½ cup alfalfa sprouts

¼ cup chopped walnuts

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine the cabbage, sprouts, walnuts, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Serve immediately.
